Falling for Fall

In the past I’ve always said that my favorite season is summer. But I must admit that I have been very impressed by autumn lately. Today I went on a 25 mile bike ride to enjoy the day, the air was brisk and the scenery was stunning. (I grabbed this shot to show you how delish the day was.)
The leaves on the trees are all changing and from deep green and cool yellow to bright orange and fiery red, fall’s entire palette was represented. Even the horses, birds and squirrels that I passed by seemed to be enjoying the day.
Also, a bug flew into my mouth. I spit it out and the happiness continued.
While riding I was mulling over the message that I taught yesterday at fresh life (on how to know the will of God) and I thought of a few things during the the ride that I want to blog about later.
If fall had it’s way, I would probably warm up from the ride with a hot, spiced apple-cider or a pumpkin latte and then go wander through a corn maze before decking out my house with a bunch of gourds and scarecrows…but that’s not going to happen. Sorry fall, I dug your super deluxe vibe during our ride today, but my love has it’s limits.

I wasn’t able to get a make/model–it just happened too fast. But I fear I may have hurt it more than it hurt me. But I bet next time God tells it to preach, it will listen!

Levi,
I really don’t get blogging… so glad you are enjoying the Flathead..every season is spectacular!
As I listen to your messages on Sat. night and Wed. I just think about how much God is smiling down on you all at Freshlife.
Your mother and earthly father must be soooooooo proud of you. That goes without saying!!!!
Keep up the work of the Lord! -
Levi I went to OC harvest this Thursday and was blown away with how God is using you, such a young man set out to do Gods work. I pray all the time for young men like yourself to get out there and teach the younger generation since I have four children two of them, one sixteen and the other eighteen, you are such a blessing. God be with you and continue to shine on you so you can be a blessing. GBU

Feeling God’s pleasure

Nice. My neighborhood has not been affected by autumn just yet.
