Praying continually for you and your precious wife and family what a very tough walk you will now be in. We know the Lords Grace is enough, we know when we cannot carry ourselves, He carries us, we know when we have no words to speak, The spirit speaks through us, May He strengthen you now and flood your heart and mind with His overwhelming Peace we ask in His perfect name Jesus. Love and know we are also grieving too.

Levi,
I was truly astounded by the fortitude you demonstrated during the Christmas Eve service. Such a tragedy would be extremely difficult for an ordinary man to handle. As he attempts to lead his family through tumultuous times he must endeavor to be strong and comforting for his wife, provide calm reassurance for his children, and display a gentle warmth to friends as they offer their sincere condolences. In the midst of it all, even an ordinary man is hard pressed to find a moment where he can just be alone with his God to bare the anguish and pain he is facing. You however do not have the luxury of being an ordinary man as you have been ordained by God to be His instrument. In addition to being a shelter and comfort for your family and friends, you must continue to be a Shepard to the flock God has entrusted to you. A privilege yes, but also a heavy burden I imagine. Our daughter brought two friends home with her for Christmas and they attended the service with us. Neither of her friends are believers and they were profoundly impacted by the message. We will continue to pray that the seeds planted will take root and transform their lives.
My family and I would like to thank you for being such a willing vessel for Christ and His kingdom. You, your wife and girls are a part of my prayers daily.
Your Brother in Christ, Jeff Bailey -
These past couple of weeks have been a tornado of trials for families. I am the mother of a 9yr old, 5yr old, 2 yr old, and 8mo old. Watching and hearing of multiple tragedies hitting too close to home was more than I could fathom. But I was sweetly broken throughout it all to see you rise up, and rise up. It was then made obvious to me -when you chose not to cancel the Christmas services, or any services, that God is indeed the ultimate strength for the willing. Pastor Lentz summed it up for me, when he said: ” We can’t choose what happens to us, but we can choose what happens through us.” May God continue to be be Glorified through you, may He continue to be made Famous through you, may you continue to be an example of how to stomp satan’s attacks, and may your family know the impact and joy you have brought to the multitudes of families sufferring to stay united under such attacks. In Christ, “The Elgin Six Pack”
