  1. Bummer I can’t see this video as I am on an iPad… Ironic?

  2. That is the epitome of irony. Try this link: http://j.mp/a23PsB

  3. Hmmm I wonder if I will ever be a preacher, preaching off of an Android tablet…

  4. Awesome… except for the stylus. Thats so 2001.

According to Steve Jobs, iBook will be a sweet PDF reader pretty quick here. Maybe June 24 when iOS4 is available. Might want to check that out for all your spit-and-polish app needs.

  5. Seen you offered some ipad tech help to Greg Lawrie, can you answer one question for me.
Do you type you sermons directly into Takenotes or is there another way to get the text there?

  6. I type my message on a computer, export to PDF and send them to takenotes over iTunes.

  7. I started preaching off the iPad the week after Easter. I love it! Since day one we’ve been trying to find a way to live telestrate with it for illustrations. An little app called air sketch made it simple and stable. I just wrote a blog about why the iPad is a big deal for pastors, and thought of your blog (where I got my first ipad preaching lesson). Thanks for the blog!

  9. John Miller Says:

Can not find Takenotes in the App Store. Did they change the name or remove the app. If so what are you using now?

  10. yeah–weird–it appears to be gone john. bummer–It’s more expensive but iAnnotate Pdf also allows you to write on pdf’s and a ton of other stuff.

    blessings,
