Since I was two, I have wanted to be a preacher. So even though it was a long time coming, the first time I preached the gospel evangelistically ever in my life, I spent the entire night before almost throwing up in an absolute panic. I stayed up all night the night before–literally, all night, recording my sermon into a tape recorder and then rerecording again, and again, and again. Then I would listen to it and tweak it and listen to it and tweak it. I was just so nervous.
