These provide nice mood lighting for eating or reading without having overhead lighting on. They are great for creating atmosphere, are easier to use than candles, and are rechargeable with a USB-C port.
I have been trying to work on training my posterior chain more often. Glutes, hamstrings, etc, and this Nord bench has been a game changer. It is extremely versatile, and I especially love the ability to do back extensions on it, also.
Here is some coffee I have been loving. Their branding and packaging are fantastic. I mean, who else ships coffee in a container that resembles a VHS tape, but much more importantly, their coffee is exquisite. My fave is their Kenyan. (Just make sure to rewind before you return to avoid a fee!)
